Canyon Dufour in Guadeloupe

Discover the impressive abseiling of the Canyon Dufour in Guadeloupe. 6 fabulous abseiling descents, one of which is 30m long, through magnificent tropical vegetation, await you. Thrills guaranteed! The Canyon de Dufour is located in the south of Basse-Terre, on the commune of Vieux Habitants at the end of the Vallée de Beaugendre.

Process

Preparation: We'll be waiting for you at the Boulangerie André at the entrance to the Beaugendre valley, with geolocation sent to you as a matter of course! We start with a short drive to the end of the Beaugendre valley. Once there, we'll fit you out with the specific equipment required for the Dufour canyon. Even if you're in Guadeloupe, you'll need a long neoprene wetsuit. Activity : After a short 15-minute walk uphill, we're at the start of the Dufour canyon. The descent of ravine Dufour now begins, with 3 hrs 00 to go, 6 abseils, one of them 30m long, jumps and river walks in quick succession. Arrival : And here we are at the exit of the Dufour canyon, another 20-minute walk to the car. Then we'll let you go, with a head full of memories, we're sure!
