INSURANCE
All Vert-Intense guides and instructors are covered by professional liability insurance.
This insurance effectively covers all medical or hospital care, search and repatriation costs, and compensation for risks for which the professional is responsible.
This insurance does not replace the customer's individual civil liability for damage caused to himself or to third parties, or resulting from an external natural phenomenon.
It is the responsibility of the customer(s) to take out individual civil liability insurance for canyoning and climbing, with no limit on location or altitude, including assistance, search, rescue and repatriation.
RISK MANAGEMENT
- The activities offered by Vert-Intense are outdoor sporting adventures.
Each participant is aware of the slippery, steep terrain he or she will be tackling, and acknowledges the random, changeable and unpredictable nature of the terrain and weather conditions.
- Participants have access to full details of the activity they are taking part in, at www.vert-intense.com and through their booking office. They should inform themselves carefully and not overestimate their own or their children's physical or psychological abilities.
- During the activity, at the safety briefing and at each set of instructions, participants must pay close attention and only commit themselves if they have fully understood their guide's or instructor's instructions.
- Vert-Intense declines all responsibility for loss or damage to objects belonging to the customer during the activity: cameras, smartphones, cameras, glasses, contact lenses, etc.
CONTRAINDICATIONS

Participants must not have any medical contraindication to the practice of these activities, nor any health history or operation that could make it dangerous.
Any participant with a specific health condition, physical or mental handicap or medical treatment must inform Vert-Intense when booking, so that the guide can organize his service and offer the best conditions of comfort and safety.
It is impossible to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
